Due to fragile nature of ceramic/glass/resin items:

Unboxing video is MANDATORY at the time of delivery

Video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Product condition

Claim Window:

Must be reported within 12–24 hours of delivery

Claim Validity:

  • Without unboxing video → NO claim accepted
  • Delayed reporting → claim rejected

2.4 Pricing Errors

Orders may be cancelled in case of pricing errors with full refund.

2.6 Failed Transactions

Refund within 5–7 working days
