Unboxing video is MANDATORY at the time of delivery
Video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Opening process
- Product condition
Claim Window:
Must be reported within 12–24 hours of delivery
Claim Validity:
- Without unboxing video → NO claim accepted
- Delayed reporting → claim rejected
