1. COVERAGE

1.1 Warranty Coverage

  • No standard warranty is provided on décor items.

1.2 Not Covered

The following are not covered under any condition:

  • Breakage after delivery

  • Mishandling by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Environmental damage (humidity, sunlight, etc.)

1.3 Exception

  • Only non-structural manufacturing defects may be considered, subject to internal review and approval.

2. CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY (FRAGILE – STRICT)

⚠️ Due to the fragile nature of products, this policy is highly restrictive.

2.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch

  • Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch

2.2 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit (with valid proof)

  • Wrong product has been delivered

2.3 Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Minor scratches or finish variations

  • Color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery

2.4 Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • Unboxing video is compulsory

  • Must be shared within 12–24 hours of delivery

  • Claims without proper proof will be rejected (no return/replacement)

2.5 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be preferred over refund

  • Subject to verification of the issue

  • Depends on stock availability

2.6 Reverse Logistics

  • Pickup will be arranged if service is available in the area

  • If not serviceable, the customer must ship the product back securely

2.7 Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only if replacement is not possible

  • Processing timeline: 10–15 working days

Deductions applicable:

  • 1% Platform Fee (non-refundable)

  • 2% Payment Gateway Charges (non-refundable)

2.8 Fragile Risk Disclaimer

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges:

  • The fragile nature of the product

  • Possible transit risks despite secure packaging


2.9 Fraud Protection

  • Any false, misleading, or manipulated claims will result in:

    • Immediate rejection of request

    • Permanent blacklisting from future transactions
